Christian Nodal and Ángela Aguilar are officially one year into their marriage. On July 24, 2024, the two singers tied the knot in a secret ceremony in Morelos, Mexico, and what followed has been part fairy tale, part social media storm.
The couple said “I do” at Hacienda San Gabriel de las Palmas, joined by a tight circle of family and friends. On the guest list: Ángela’s parents, Pepe and Aneliz Aguilar, and Nodal’s mother, Silvia Cristina, and father, Jaime González, plus celebrity attendees like Marc Anthony, Nadia Ferreira, and TV personality Jomari Goyso.
The bride stepped out in three gowns throughout the evening, including a high-neck lace dress with a dramatic train, a puff-sleeved satin number for the reception, and a short, embellished party look to close the night.
But their love story began long before wedding bells. Nodal and Aguilar first crossed paths musically in 2020 with the hit ‘Dime Cómo Quieres.’ Sparks flew, but both were on different paths at the time.
Everything changed in 2024. In May, Nodal confirmed the end of his two-year relationship with Argentine singer Cazzu, with whom he shares a daughter, Inti, now nearly two years old. “We will always be united by our role as parents,” he wrote on Instagram.

Still, headlines followed. Ángela addressed rumors of infidelity in an interview with ABC News Live, hinting that the timeline was cleaner than the internet speculated and declaring that all parties were “on the same page” and no one got their heart broken.
