Annette Bening and Warren Beatty’s daughter is ready to make her entrance into the world of entertainment. Ella Beatty, 25, attended the Tony Awards over the weekend. While the moment marks one of her major red carpet moments, Ella has been involved in the industry for some time now and is beginning to earn recognition due to her work.
Ella wore a black outfit made up of a frilly top and pleated trousers. She rounded it all out with black elbow-length gloves, matching heels, and her hair styled long and curled.
She took photographs on the red carpet by herself and alongside her co-star Sarah Paulson, who leads the Broadway show “Appropriate,” trailing a dysfunctional family who reunite after the death of their father, with all of them battling each other over his inheritance.
The show was nominated for eight Tony Awards, including an acting nod for Paulson.
More details about Ella
Ella is the daughter of two major Hollywood figures: Warren Beatty, 88, known for his work in “Bonnie & Clyde,” and Annette Bening, 67, nominated for five Academy Awards throughout her career and many prestigious accolades.
Beatty and Bening got married in 1992 and remain together, having one of the strongest marriages in the industry. They share four kids: Stephen, 33, Benjamin, 30, Isabel, 28, and Ella, their youngest.
In a chat with Paulson for Interview magazine, Ella discussed her last name and why she never considered changing it. “It really never occurred to me until I started working,” she said.
“I do feel a kind of responsibility towards an artistic legacy that I don’t feel ashamed of. I would hope that my work would be powerful enough to offer something specific. I’d hope that my work would be enough to make me separate, but I also understand why people do that.”
