Barbie Ferreira turned heads over the weekend at the Mediterranean Film Festival, where she received the event’s inaugural Rising Star award. The actress, who exited HBO’s Euphoria, and has been more active in Broadway and Hollywood, made headlines for the special recognition and a celebratory bikini moment.
Soaking up the Mediterranean sun, the 27-year-old proudly showed off her curves in a bold string bikini featuring the Brazilian flag, as a nod to her roots. With wet hair, glowing skin, and the sea behind her, she posed by the beach.
The post was captioned, “Thank you @mediterranefilmfestival for the Rising Star award,” she added. “This week in Malta has been perfection.” Barbie documented her time in Malta, proving that she continues to succeed in her professional career.
