Barron Trump is said to closely resemble his father, Donald Trump, but those familiar with the family say a defining difference comes from his mother, Melania.
The youngest son of the President of the United States, who recently celebrated his 20th birthday, is believed to have inherited traits from both his parents. However, when it comes to temperament, he is said to align more with his Slovenian-born mother than with Donald’s well-known brashness.
A political source told PEOPLE magazine Barron is a carbon copy of his father, yet he is blessed without the elder’s brashness. He is more like Melania, his mother with a European aloof and quiet sophistication.
Barron is 12 years younger than his closest half-sibling Tiffany Trump, and he essentially grew up as an only child, something insiders say has helped shape both his personality and his ambition.
The insider added he is different from the other Trump children in the sense that he is sort of a loner. Growing up in the public eye and not necessarily feeling comfortable in it has made him stronger within himself, and at the same time, is driving his ambition. It’s an interesting combination.
Still, it’s said that Barron is likely to follow in Donald’s entrepreneurial footsteps, having inherited his father’s interest in making money and a name for himself.
A social source said he is smart, focused and resourceful. He is always looking for areas that interest him and is quite ambitious for such a young age.
He has reportedly been actively pursuing successful ventures for several years and is now ready to take on projects that both interest him and have the potential to make him a lot of money.
According to sources, he is motivated not only by success but also by a desire to impress his family and establish his own identity, pushing forward with his personal financial goals.
The source explained he has always thought about business and truly is interested in it, like his father. A lot of this ambition has to do with his desire to look good to Donald, as well as to his mother. He is more gung-ho than most.
