Ben Affleck and his son Samuel went on a shopping trip over the weekend. Affleck and Sam spent Father’s Day together in Santa Monica, as the two walked and chatted, and checked out a few stores as they wore comfortable clothes.
Affleck and Samuel stopped by the bookstore Barnes & Noble, which they often frequent when the kids are spending the weekend with their dad. Affleck and Samuel were seen carrying a shopping bag, suggesting that they bought some books to read.
For the occasion, Affleck wore some jeans, a grey t-shirt, and a green button-up. He rounded out the look with some sunglasses and brown shoes.
Samuel wore a black t-shirt with green camo pants and white sneakers. He was carrying some white sunglasses in his hands, opting for eyewear like his dad. The pair was photographed drinking some shakes as they returned to their vehicle.
The photos were captured this past Sunday, showing that Samuel spent the day with his dad. The two have developed a positive and friendly relationship over the years, often photographed together on all sorts of occasions, including outings through Los Angeles, family trips, and many basketball games.

Over the weekend, Jennifer Garner shared a sweet Father’s Day tribute for Affleck, the father of her three kids.
On her social media, Garner shared a sweet throwback of Affleck, showing him years ago, with a full beard, as he lay on his back with one of his newborn kids on his chest.

Affleck and Garner divorced in 2018, after 13 years of marriage. They share Violet, 19, Fin, 16, and Samuel, 13. While the two decided to split up, they’ve maintained a positive and friendly relationship, attending many school events together and enjoying the time they spend with their kids.
