Bettina Trump shared a sweet glimpse of her relationship with stepdaughter Chloe as the family enjoyed a trip to Ireland.
The photographs capture Bettina spending time alongside Donald Trump Jr.’s youngest daughter, from smiling together during their travels to settling down for a relaxed family selfie.
In one particularly affectionate image, Bettina lies beside Chloe on a bed, with Donald Jr. and one of his sons joining them against a bank of white pillows. Everyone is smiling at the camera, with the informal photograph offering a quieter moment amid the family’s packed itinerary.
The Instagram collection follows their journey from Dublin to Doonbeg, combining dressed-up family portraits with more candid memories from their travels.
Bettina Trump and Chloe’s sweet family moments
Chloe appears beside Bettina throughout the collection, including in a photograph taken on board an aircraft, where they sit together alongside Donald Jr. and two of his sons.
For that journey, Bettina wore a black outfit beneath a classic trench coat, while Chloe paired a floral dress with a white cardigan and sparkling shoes.
Another image shows Bettina taking a mirror selfie with Chloe and her grandfather, President Donald Trump. Elsewhere, the group pose together between Irish and American flags, with Bettina wearing a forest-green dress, matching pointed heels and a camel coat draped over her shoulders.
The photographs bring together the formal and familiar sides of the trip, with the children joining the adults for posed portraits before appearing in the more relaxed snapshots.
Donald Jr. and Bettina also attended an event at the US ambassador’s residence in Dublin on 12 September, where they were photographed together ahead of the president’s remarks.
Donald Trump Jr.’s children with Vanessa Trump
Chloe, 12, is the youngest of Donald Jr.’s five children with his former wife, Vanessa Trump.
The former couple also share daughter Kai and sons Donald III, Tristan and Spencer. They married in 2005 and announced their separation in 2018.
While Bettina has shared photographs of time spent with the children, the images offer a glimpse of their experiences together rather than a detailed account of her approach to being a stepmother.
For this trip, it is the smaller moments that stand out, particularly Chloe smiling beside Bettina in the family selfie and taking the seat next to her during their flight.
Bettina Trump and Donald Jr.’s relationship
The Ireland visit comes several months after Bettina and Donald Jr. married in May. Their wedding followed an engagement announced at a White House Christmas reception in December 2025, where both spoke publicly about their happiness.
Donald Jr. thanked Bettina for accepting his proposal, while she described the occasion as an unforgettable moment in her life.
During the latest Dublin visit, the president also spoke about the newlyweds, telling guests that his son had become calmer since marrying Bettina.
Bettina’s own words at their engagement celebration offered a more personal insight into what the relationship means to her. Addressing guests at the White House, she said: “I get to marry the love of my life, and I feel just like the luckiest girl in the world.”
