Finneas and Claudia Sulewski have officially made it down the aisle, turning nearly eight years together into a star-studded but very low-key ceremony.
The Grammy-winning musician and producer and the actress, creator, and beauty entrepreneur said “I do” on Saturday, August 29, at San Ysidro Ranch in Montecito, California. They had one very special person officiating it- his sister Billie Eilish.
Billie wore an olive off-the-shoulder corset dress and appeared to get emotional as her brother held a piece of paper and read his vows to Claudia.
Billie’s close bond to Claudia
The siblings have spent years building one of music’s biggest creative partnerships, with Finneas producing and co-writing much of Billie’s music. Together, they have won multiple Grammys and Oscars.
There’s never been any doubt that Billie approved of the relationship. The trio was often spotted together at awards shows and events.
Billie had even joined Sulewski virtually during her final dress fitting, where she got a first look at the gown. “You look like an angel,” Eilish told her sister-in-law-to-be during the FaceTime call. “Sorry to be interrupting. Love you so much!” she continued, per Vogue.
Sulewski wore an ivory Oscar de la Renta ball gown featuring a strapless drop-waist design and dramatic scarf detail.
The look was one of four custom Oscar de la Renta outfits she wore throughout the wedding weekend. She had a rehearsal dinner dress, ceremony dress, first dance and reception dress, and the after-party dress, per Vogue.
The guest list
The guest list also brought plenty of star power, with Justin and Hailey Bieber spotted with the “Baby” singer wearing a wide-legged suit.
Kristen Bell and her husband, Dax Shepard, were in attendance, with the podcast host rocking comfortable sneakers.
Jason Sudeikis, Nina Dobrev, Emma Chamberlain, Rachel Sennott and Rebecca Black were also among those celebrating with the couple.
Finneas and Sulewski’s love story
Finneas and Sulewski met on a dating app in 2018, and their first date quickly became part of his music. He wrote “Claudia” after meeting her, later buying a home with her in 2019.
“We fell for each other so hard and so fast and so honestly,” Sulewski said on the Hot Smart Rich with Maggie Sellers Reum podcast. “There were no games. We were so straightforward with each other. I think when you know, you just kind of know.”
When speaking to NYLON in 2024, the musical genius gushed, “In addition to loving her as an individual person and liking her opinions and her jokes and her talents [I love] the companionship and teamwork.”
The couple announced their engagement in September 2025.
Congrats!
