Brooklyn Beckham and Nicola Peltz are giving fans a glimpse into their quiet life together as drama continues to swirl around his famous family.
On Friday, Brooklyn, 27, shared a cozy bedroom selfie on Instagram featuring his wife, 31, and their dogs. In the snap, the hot sauce entrepreneur appeared to be catching some shut-eye while taking the photo, with Nicola stretched across his chest and their pups relaxing beside them.
Brooklyn followed up the couple photo with a few solo shots of himself snuggling with their furry friends in bed.
The low-key snaps come as Brooklyn and Nicola continue to keep their distance from the Beckham family amid their ongoing feud.
David Beckham Shows Off Family Time
While Brooklyn and Nicola enjoyed some downtime at home, his estranged family has been living it up on the Mediterranean.
David Beckham, 51, has been documenting the family’s lavish summer getaway aboard their yacht, Seven. The retired soccer star has been traveling with wife Victoria Beckham, 52, and their children Romeo, 23, Cruz, 21, and Harper, 15.
David recently posted a photo from a family dinner at Felicia’s Country House on the Amalfi Coast. The group included Romeo’s girlfriend, Kim Turnbull, as well as David’s mother, Sandra.
“Perfect family dinner at @feliciascountryhouse,” David captioned the shot.
He also shared a video of Victoria arriving at Portofino Hotel 97, reminiscing about a trip they took nearly three decades ago.
“29 years ago we came to Portofino to this hotel before anyone knew we were dating and here we are back again 🩵,” he wrote.
David’s vacation dump also included romantic photos of himself and Victoria, along with sweet moments featuring their other children.
Brooklyn Nearly Crossed Paths With His Family
The family vacation reportedly came close to becoming even more awkward earlier this month when Brooklyn and Nicola were vacationing in the Saint-Tropez area around the same time as his parents.
The near run-in comes as tensions between Brooklyn and the rest of the Beckhams remain very much alive.
Brooklyn Made His Feelings Crystal Clear
Brooklyn publicly addressed the family drama in January, when he posted a lengthy statement on Instagram making serious accusations against his parents.
At the time, he made it clear that he had no plans to repair the fractured relationship.
“I do not want to reconcile with my family,” Brooklyn wrote, adding that he wasn’t being controlled and was “standing up for myself for the first time in my life.”
He also accused his parents of controlling the public narrative surrounding their family throughout his life.
He Made Claims About His Wedding
Brooklyn also revisited an uncomfortable moment from his 2022 wedding to Nicola, claiming that his mother unexpectedly interrupted what was supposed to be a special dance between him and his new wife.
According to Brooklyn, Marc Anthony called him onto the stage for the planned dance, only for Victoria to be waiting for him instead.
He alleged that she danced with him in a way that made him feel extremely uncomfortable and embarrassed in front of their hundreds of wedding guests.
Brooklyn further claimed that his parents pressured him and even “attempted to bribe” him into giving up rights to his name before his and Nicola’s lavish Florida wedding.
The Family Feud Has Been Brewing For Years
The public fallout didn’t exactly come out of nowhere. Rumors of tension between Brooklyn, Nicola and the rest of the Beckham clan had been circulating for months before he made his explosive allegations public.
Now, with Brooklyn and Nicola sharing cozy couple content while David and Victoria continue showcasing their family vacations, the very public family divide doesn’t appear to be disappearing anytime soon.
