Cazzu is ready for her comeback. After almost a year of radio silence, the trap artist has been sharing updates on her social media, exciting her fans and appearing to prepare them for a new project that will take her back to her musical roots.
Her close friend La Joaqui was the first to confirm that Cazzu is back and better than ever.
In a press conference in Mexico, she was asked about Cazzu and her mental health, with the journalist alluding to the previous year. La Joaqui revealed that Cazzu is better than ever and that the world can expect to have her back in the entertainment space at some point soon.
“No way, she’s perfect,” she said. “She’s making music, being a mother. Like all women, she’s beautiful and strong.”
La Joaqui continued by reiterating that Cazzu “is doing so good. She’s super mom, working, singing, taking care of her baby.”
Over the past year, La Joaqui has been one of Cazzu’s greatest sources of support, often spending time with her and their daughters. Cazzu has lived through many challenges over the previous months, including her first year of motherhood and her notorious split from her partner Christian Nodal, who shortly after married the Mexican singer Angela Aguilar.
In interviews and over social media, Cazzu and La Joaqui have opened up about the importance of their relationship, revealing how much they’ve supported each other when they needed it most.
Cazzu’s awaited musical comeback
Over the past year, Cazzu’s social media has remained mostly blank. The trap artist decided to stay away from social media in order to focus on her daughter and on rebuilding her new life.
On November 19th, she shared her first post in a long time, sharing various photos of what she’s been up to over the past months. Images showed her in the studio, singing, writing, and spending plenty of time with her daughter Inti.
A new post shared earlier this week showed some more of her life, including various dance rehearsals and of course, more Inti. The rehearsals are expected to be linked to her upcoming performance, at Buenos Aires Trap, on December 8th.
Cazzu is one of the main performers and will be performing alongside artists like Bizarrap, Eladio Carrion, Lara 91K, and more.
