Chad Michael Murray went on a trip to one of Disney’s theme parks with his daughter Audrey, eight, and the duo accepted a fun challenge to “try not to react” while riding the Seven Dwarfs Mine Train.
Initially Audrey was “going for the reaction,” but she decided to switch gears and said, “let’s go.”
Before heading onto the ride, Chad shouted: “Not afraid of some fun, let’s go.”
As soon as they were buckled up, Chad revealed: “I’m going to fail miserably…I’m gonna fail.”
Meanwhile, Audrey was as cool as a cucumber as she announced: “Dude, I’m not even scared yet. I haven’t even made a reaction.”
He cheered her on by yelling, “You got this. You got this,” but Audrey already had the challenge in the bag as she remained expressionless.
Once the ride slowed down, Chad expressed: “Dude that was easy, look at that,” but Audrey warned him: “It’s not over. There’s still a giant drop.”
Chad screamed during it, which meant he lost the challenge and Audrey won.
He told her: “You’re better at this than me,” as she confidently responded: “I know. I kinda figured that out,” while patting him on the back.
At the end of the ride he shared: “Totally didn’t react. I was like steel,” before admitting: “Okay I wasn’t steel, she was,” as Audrey laughed.
Fans’ love
Fans loved their father-daughter bond and flocked to the comments.
One person wrote: “His daughter did so well!!!” Another commenter added: “He reacted…the whole time.”
A third person wrote: “Okay I’m such a fan of Audrey, I just love her energy. We need more of this duo!” One fan continued: “Aww they’re so cute! He’s such a cute girl dad.”
On top of Audrey, Chad also shares one more daughter and son with his wife of over 11 years, Sarah Roemer.
Chad’s love life
For last Mother’s Day, Chad wrote the sweetest message for Sarah on social media.
It read in part: “I’ve been blessed to watch a woman, my stunning wife Sarah, become a mother and watch that love in her grow infinitely…Sarah never stops. She’s a machine. She has that extra gear that I definitely don’t have- thank God that she does. She hits the Go Big button in moments where things get super busy and somehow… we don’t miss a beat. It’s all because of her.”
He lovingly gave her credit for raising their children right and shared: “Our babies are becoming great children (at least in my opinion) because of your love wife. You find empathy in all the short comings and help me see the light. Thank you for existing. Thank you for being the most incredible Mother, Wife, Lover, Friend and partner in all things life. Our children are the luckiest little tikes because of you. We love you!”
