Christie Brinkley revealed her “biggest secret” to being bikini-body ready at 72 with her social media followers.
She shared her “organic garden rainbow diet” on Instagram through a carousel, which featured the model’s go-to meals including a garden sandwich, no-nut pesto and avocado toast kitchen sink.
Christie, who continues to maintain a youthful appearance, explained how she keeps herself both lean and healthy in her caption.
The star wrote: “Now I don’t love spending a lot of time in the kitchen so everything I do is quick and easy, and one of my biggest secrets to making everything taste delicious and so gourmet is fresh herbs on everything.”
She continued: “They’re so good for you and they’re a flavor explosion! It can turn a humble piece of sourdough toast into an epicurean delight!”
On top of that, Christie also explained the big changes she’s made to her diet.

The world has caught up with us and they offer all kinds of things, but thankfully what I love most are the things that I grow in my garden, so I thought I would share a couple of my little recipes that taste like Summer! Simple, clean, delicious, healthy!”

Besides becoming a vegan, Christie also encouraged her followers in another post to put effort into taking care of our environment.
She captioned a video featuring flowers and bees in her garden with the caption: “There’s so much magic on our beautiful planet but nature needs us to nurture our Mother Earth. And you can help by actually doing less! For instance, don’t put chemicals in your yard! Go organic! Don’t mow! Let it grow! Don’t pull the weeds – many are pollinators [that] the Bees and Butterflies LOVE!”
