Dallas star Victoria Principal stunned fans with her ageless appearance in a recent update from her farm outside of Los Angeles, where she rescues and rehabilitates animals.
The 76-year-old was glowing as she shared a photo of herself with one of her horses, Hennie, while sporting a plaid shirt and a wide smile. She looked youthful with her brunette locks falling in gentle waves past her shoulders, and her bangs perfectly framed her face.
“Loving Henni. #RescueHorse #SunShine #PremerinMareFoal #SweetestMare,” she wrote in the Instagram caption, as fans descended into the comment section to exclaim over her ageless visage.
“Beautiful horse, beautiful lady! You do not age,” wrote one fan, while another added: “You look gorgeous as always.” A third chimed in: “You are as beautiful as ever, Ms Victoria,” while another declared: “You both look fabulous.” The brunette beauty has several tips and tricks for staying healthy and youthful, and avoids dieting altogether.
“I do believe in eating organically, and I don’t believe in eating processed foods,” she told HuffPost. “I do believe in eating dark chocolate, and I’m happy to say I do so every day of my life. On my deathbed, I don’t want to say ‘I wish I’d had the chocolate.'”
She also loves a dance workout, and enjoys resistance training, light weights, walking and swimming. “[I’m always changing it up so I’ll not become bored. I never want to become a slave to exercise. I want exercise to be a joyful outlet,” she said.
Victoria rose to fame in the ’70s with appearances in The Life and Times of Judge Roy Bean, The Naked Ape, Earthquake and Vigilante Force. She took a step back from acting in 1975 and became a talent and booking agent for two years before returning to Hollywood in 1977 with Fantasy Island.

The star became a household name in 1978 when she portrayed Pamela Barnes Ewing on the smash-hit TV show, Dallas, which ran for 14 seasons and was one of the most popular shows on air. Pamela left in 1987 after nine seasons, when she grew disillusioned with the show’s writing and the direction of her character.
“The first five years on Dallas were so unbelievably wonderful – then some key writers departed, and by year seven, there was a decline in the writing, which was an enormous part of my decision to leave,” she told Entertainment Weekly in 2018.
“I informed the producers during renegotiations in the seventh year that I would only stay for two more. They wanted a longer contract, and I said no. I was completely transparent.”
“I learned a lot from playing Pam,” she continued. “She was someone with such innate goodness and who was courageous in fighting for what she believed in. It was really a privilege to play her.” Victoria retired from acting in the early ’00s, with her last credit being Titans in 2001. Since then, she has focused on building her successful skincare line, Principal Secret, and works to rescue and rehabilitate animals on her farm.
“My deepest concern is for the planet and every living thing on it,” she told HuffPost. “Without a healthy planet, [it] won’t matter, hunger won’t matter, and science won’t matter because we will not survive. Unless we rectify the damage we have done to our land and our oceans, then I truly believe, the planet will reclaim itself.”
