Demi Lovato showed off her multiple tattoos while rocking a tiny string bikini during a recent beachside getaway in the Bahamas.
The “Cool for the Summer” singer shared a post on social media while wearing a black and red floral two-piece with black cat eyeglasses, as she took a ride on a jet ski during her overseas vacation.
Her tattoos on her rib cage, inner arm and neck were all visible in the sultry photo. She simply captioned her pictures with a “hi” and a second “Bye!” Fans flocked to the comments to cheer the performer on.
One person wrote: “Body coffee because tea isn’t strong enough.” A second fan added: “Holy hot.” A third follower continued: “Iconic.” Another fan fittingly commented: “She’s really cool for the summer.”
That wasn’t the only picture – Demi’s friend also shared a recap reel from the vacation, featuring the star donning other black and red bikinis too.
Demi’s workout routine
She consistently puts in the work to maintain her toned figure. She revealed to Us Weekly: “I do strength training with my trainer. On other days, I’ll do cardio on the treadmill while watching my favorite shows.”
Fitness is deeper than just getting a good sweat session in for the star, as she added: “Workouts are important to me because they help me gain mental clarity and a sense of relief while also pushing me to be disciplined and intentional. I feel a sense of balance after doing activities that ground me, like meditation or a morning workout.”

Demi has been open about how her body positivity has ebbed and flowed over time.
She candidly shared with Teen Vogue: “We hear the term body positivity all the time. To be honest, I don’t always feel positive about my body. Sometimes I do not like what I see. I don’t sit there and dwell on it. I also don’t lie to myself.”

She’s shifted her mindset from focusing on aesthetics to leaning into being appreciative of her body, which serves her everyday.
