Melania Trump’s latest public appearances have gotten a lot of attention, not just for her stylish looks but also for her incredible figure at 55. While she’s often reserved about the details of her wellness regimen, a closer look into her lifestyle paints a clear picture of dedication, discipline, and smart choices.
Melania allows for occasional indulgences, including dark chocolate and even the “occasional” scoop of ice cream. But she’s mindful of moderation. As Inside Edition reported, she pays close attention to “portion sizes.”
It’s believed Melania’s physique is the result of a consistent workout routine and a clean diet. According to GQ, Melania wears ankle weights most days, a subtle addition that may boost calorie burn by 5 to 15 percent over time.
Fitness has long been part of the First Lady’s daily life. Pilates and tennis are also go-to activities for her. More than her exercise routine, Melania’s diet plays a leading role in her fitness journey. Each day includes a commitment to whole foods, particularly fruits, vegetables, and lean proteins.
She reportedly begins her mornings with a smoothie packed with nutritious ingredients like carrots, spinach, apples, blueberries, and fat-free yogurt. Her daily routine also includes consuming seven servings of fresh fruit, peaches and apples being her top picks, according to Inside Edition.
Archived posts from her social media accounts offer glimpses into Melania’s typical meals. Breakfasts are colorful, with sliced banana, pineapple, raspberries, and blueberries often on her plate. Other staples include avocado salad with lettuce and cherry tomatoes, grilled salmon with edamame, and fruit plates.
While speculation has swirled for years about whether Melania has had cosmetic procedures, she’s always stood firm in her denial.
“A lot of people say I am using all the procedures for my face. I didn’t do anything,” she told GQ back in 2016. “I live a healthy life, I take care of my skin and my body,” she continued. “I’m against Botox, I’m against injections.”
Melania is reportedly encouraging Donald Trump to make healthier choices. An insider told Page Six, “Think fewer Big Macs and less KFC, and more lean protein, salad, and veggies for energy to improve his overall well-being.”
While a second insider dismissed those claims as “nonsense”, stating, “Trump eats whatever he wants.”
