Khloé Kardashian shares two children with her ex-partner Tristan Thompson. Her daughter, True Thompson, is 7 years old, and her son, Tatum Thompson, is 3. Family has always been central to her identity. Growing up with four sisters and a brother shaped how she views connection, loyalty, and support.

That background clearly influences how she parents. When Sandmire shared that she has a daughter and two sons who are “three years apart,” Kardashian related instantly. She added that she also has a seven-year-old daughter and a three-year-old son, describing the experience as “it’s the best.” The age gap, she implied, has worked beautifully for her family.

The conversation then shifted toward whether they both see more children in their futures. Sandmire admitted she might want one more child, especially because her daughter hopes for a sister. That sentiment resonated deeply with Kardashian. She openly stated that she would love to give True a sister. Coming from a tight-knit group of sisters herself, she knows firsthand how meaningful that relationship can be. 

Marriage Before Baby Number Three?

While Kardashian did not shut down the idea of having another baby, she was realistic about where she stands today. Timing and circumstances matter. She addressed the topic directly, saying, “I don’t know if I have a bandwidth for the third. And I’m also not married and I want to be married to have more kids.”

That statement carries weight. It signals that while she is open to growing her family, she wants stability and partnership first. For Khloé Kardashian, marriage is not just a romantic milestone. It appears to be part of her blueprint for expanding her family.
