Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce are gearing up for one of the most special days of their lives. The couple is planning their wedding, which is rumored to take place over the summer, before the start of football season. Donna Kelce, Travis’ mom, has shared her thoughts on the wedding preparations and her joy over her son’s wedding.
Donna was approached by paparazzi at the Los Angeles Airport earlier this week. There, she was approached by TMZ, with journalists asking her questions about the much-discussed wedding.
“Is the groom’s mother ever involved?” she joked. When was pressed for more details, and said, “I’m just happy. Just so happy for them.”

In another exchange with TMZ, a paparazzi asked her if she had signed an NDA to prevent herself from revealing any details about the wedding and the ceremony. “No, they know I can keep a secret,” she said.
When asked if she’d be having a mother-son dance at the wedding, she remained careful about any information she revealed. “Oh, I’m sure it’ll be interesting. That’s for sure,” she said.

According to The Daily Mail, the wedding is expected to take place this summer, with there being a lot of secrecy regarding the location and the date. “Everybody [loved ones, close friends] has been told to put the summer on hold, and they will find out the details right before the wedding,” said a source to the outlet. Fans believe the wedding will be hosted in Swift’s home in Rhode Island, where she’s previously hosted different celebrations and gatherings with friends.
The outlet claims that wedding planning is already underway, and that Swift is ensuring the wedding will be hosted indoors to ensure privacy, and that the ceremony and party will be recorded so the couple can revisit the special occasion later.
Swift has previously addressed her wedding on “The Graham Norton Show,” making it clear that she was hosting a large celebration. “The only stressful weddings are the ones where you have a small amount” of guests, she said. “I’m not gonna do that. Anyone I’ve ever talked to is going,” she joked.
