Shawn Mendes officially kicked off his new ‘On The Road Again’ tour with an emotional debut in Pristina, Kosovo, his first-ever performance in the country. The special moment took place at the Sunny Hill Festival, an international music event founded and organized by Dua Lipa under her Sunny Hill Foundation.
But the spotlight wasn’t just on him, it was also on the reunion that fans didn’t see coming. Dua Lipa returned to her roots this summer, attending the festival as a guest and showing up to support her longtime friend.
The singer didn’t try to hide in the crowd and instead she danced, sang, and celebrated every moment of the show, drawing as much attention as the performance itself.
“All we have is love!!” Mendes wrote in his latest Instagram post, which featured images full of hugs, joy, and a vibrant crowd. Among those images, there was one with Dua’s father, Dukagjin Lipa, sharing a warm embrace with him and joining his daughter on stage to perform ‘Era,’ a song rooted in their heritage.
