There’s no denying that Elizabeth Hurley continues to be one of the most beautiful stars of her generation.
While we are used to the actress and model frolicking in one of her gorgeous bikinis, a recent throwback photo with her son Damian has proved she truly hasn’t aged a day.
Sharing a series of photos in honour of his “uncle” and co-founder of Valentino, Giancarlo Giammetti’s birthday, Elizabeth’s son Damian, 23, posted the most incredible throwback snap.
In the photo, new mum Elizabeth couldn’t have looked more glowing, beaming with her perfect white smile while standing next to the Italian businessman who is cradling her then baby son.
“I remember that day well. In the Ritz in Paris. You were in a pale blue silk romper,” Elizabeth wrote in response to her son’s ‘photo dump’, adding a string of red love heart emojis.
Elizabeth shared Damian with American film financier and producer Steve Bing, who died by suicide in June 2020.
Elizabeth and Damian’s special bond
Elizabeth and her lookalike son have the most special bond; the duo seldom steps out at A-list events without one another.
The pair also are close in their work, with Damian previously telling PEOPLE Magazine that his superstar mum promised to star in his first-ever feature film, which she did, starring in Damian’s movie Strictly Confidential.
“During the making of my first-ever short film back in 2010 when I was 8, my mother promised me she’d be in my first feature. True to her word, the minute Strictly Confidential was green-lit, my mother dropped everything and raced out to the Caribbean to help,” he said.
During Strictly Confidential, the mother-son duo raised a few eyebrows as the film includes a sex scene from Elizabeth’s character, Lily.
Addressing the moment, Elizabeth told the Telegraph: “Yes, of course, people have got their knickers in a twist about it a bit. But actually, for us it wasn’t a big deal at all, just one of the seven scenes we were shooting on that day.
“We didn’t have a lot of time. It was a night scene… and the minute it gets dark, the mosquitoes start dive-bombing you… There was a bit of exposed flesh for the mosquitoes to get…”
She added, “We didn’t really think about it very much. Though I know other people think it’s sort of rather startling.”
