Chris Hemsworth is celebrating his 43rd birthday. To celebrate the occasion, his wife, Elsa Pataky, is sharing a sweet video made up of some of her favorite moments with her husband, including vacations and various special instances captured over the years.
In a post shared on Instagram earlier today, Pataky shared videos and photos of Hemsworth, sharing a look at his silly personality. In them, Hemsworth is seen playfully walking through deep snow, making silly poses at the camera, wearing a sweater with ears, and more.
Other photos show him wearing a tank top and showing off his muscles. “Happy birthday to my favourite person,” she captioned the post.
“Funny, ridiculously smart, compassionate, generous, kind, and somehow always making life more fun just by being in it.
We love you more than you could ever imagine, and we’re so lucky to have you.. Happy birthday love.”
Over the years, the two have opened up about their 15-year relationship and the reason why it works for them. In an appearance on the “On Purpose” podcast, Hemsworth credits their similarities as one of the reasons why their romance continues to blossom.
“Both having a sort of adventurous spirit, making time for one another. I think the complicated times have been when it’s been all work, all kids, and all of a sudden the ‘us’ in the relationship is sort of non-existent,” he said.
“You’re just kind of managing a household or the work-family schedule. Elsa will be off at work, and I’ll be off at work and then it’s chaos with kid time, and so sort of removing ourselves from all of that and just having time for the two of us and making space for each other rather than the rest of the world that can be so all-consuming.”

Hemsworth and Pataky have one of the strongest relationships in the entertainment industry. The two met in 2010 and decided to get married that same year, and have gone through many changes over their years together, from welcoming three kids to Hemsworth’s rise as one of the leading action stars in the entertainment industry.
The couple shares India, 13, and twins Sasha and Tristan, 11.
