Eva Longoria is not afraid of trying out a new look. The actress and filmmaker was spotted on a lunch date with her husband, Jose Baston, and showing off a new and bold hairstyle.
Longoria was seen sporting a chic new bob, with her hair lying over her shoulders. She was spotted grabbing dinner at the restaurant E. Baldi, alongside her husband, with the two looking stylish and laidback. Longoria wore an all-brown outfit made up of sweatpants and a matching sweater, paired with white sneakers and some sunglasses. She carried a dark brown jacket.
Baston was seen wearing a blue button-up and dark joggers, which he paired with dark sunglasses. He was carrying some bags, including a Celine bag filled with various items.
The pair were seen sharing a kiss as they got into their car.
Longoria and Baston have been married since 2016, and welcomed their son, Santiago, in 2018. In a recent appearance on “Jenna & Friends,” Longoria showered her husband with praises, showing that they remain as in love as they were when they first met.
“He is the kindest human being. It makes me seem like a horrible person,” she said. “People go, ‘You’re so nice,’ I’m like, wait until you meet my husband because he is so kind to everybody and he’s just elegant and sophisticated.”
Longoria’s new hairstyle
Longoria debuted her new hairstyle last week, sharing a photo alongside her friends on her Instagram with some friends. The photo, which shows her at a birthday party with some girlfriends, shows her smiling brightly for the cameras and boasting her new look: a trendy butterfly cut styled with a middle part.
The new look represents a marked departure from Longoria’s look and hairstyle, with her preferring her brown hair for decades. The last time Longoria styled her hair short was in 2008, when she had an even shorter haircut, with it lying right under her ears.
Last week, her hairstylist, Ken Paves, shared the first look at her new haircut. “The Long and Short of it, Lovely Longoria,” he captioned the post, which showed a close look at the cut. According to different stylists, this type of butterfly cut, which can vary in length and styles, has become a fast favorite of Gen Z icons, including Jenna Ortega and Camila Cabello.
