This isn’t gonna fly.

An ugly divorce involving the heir to the American Eagle Outfitters fortune has allegedly left his ex wife in more than $100,000 of debt, Page Six has learned.

Ariella Schottenstein launched a divorce battle against Jeffrey Schottenstein, the son of billionaire American Eagle chairman Jay Schottenstein, in May.

In August Jeffrey, who was allegedly caught on tape slamming his then-pregnant wife as “unfit to be a mother,” fired back with his own litigation against her.

Now, top divorce lawyers Chemtob Moss Forman & Beyda has filed suit against Ariella, claiming she owes it the firm $112,002.41.

She was served on December 8.

Jeffrey proposed to Ariella in March 2022 via a messages and photos on American Eagle’s Times Square billboard and LeBron James attended their wedding at Cipriani 25 Broadway.

=The divorce has been rocky from the start.

“After the baby’s born, I’m gonna have to make — I will not let my kids see this fighting,” Jeffrey, a principal at the family-led furniture business American Signature, was caught saying on tape to a former family bodyguard.

Jeffrey was sued in 2019 for allegedly threatening his shrink, who accused Schottenstein in court filings of being addicted to various drugs and seeing hookers.

That case was dropped in 2021.

The Schottenstein family was worth a reported $2.7 billion in 2015, when Forbes named them one of America’s richest.

While social media may have flipped out over American Eagle’s “Great Jeans” ad starring Sydney Sweeney, customers didn’t seem to be put off, and the company’s stock has gone up 136% over the past six months.
