Georgina Rodríguez has a proven passion for fashion. In her social media posts and outings, she doesn’t hold back from treating herself, showing photos and videos of her luxurious items and clothing, ranging from collections of diamond jewelry to limited edition luxury handbags. In her most recent post on Instagram, she showcased a stunning new Birkin and revealed that her youngest daughter is following in her fashion footsteps.
The post was shared on March 31, with Georgina giving her followers a look at her latest addition: a Hermès Birkin in green crocodile leather. The vintage piece dates back to 2004, when Jean Paul Gaultier was the brand’s creative director. While it maintains the classic Birkin design, it has an elongated shape and longer handles, ideal for wearing over the shoulder. Though no longer available in stores, similar styles are estimated to cost thousands of dollars on resale markets.
Alongside the new bag, Georgina shared a sweet mother-daughter moment with her youngest, Bella Esmeralda. In one photo, the pair are dressed in matching soft pink tones, with the two embracing. Georgina is seen cradling her daughter as Bella wraps her arms around her mom’s neck.
One noteworthy detail caught fans’ attention. In a separate image, Bella, who turns four this April 18th, is seen sitting on a table as she holds on to two miniature handbags, clearly meant to fit her small size. One is black and crocodile-style, while the other came in a soft pink. Both purses are reminiscent of her mother’s iconic Birkins.
This isn’t the first time Georgina has hinted at her daughter’s budding sense of style. Back in December, she shared a photo of Bella posing next to a black Hermès crocodile bag, wearing a luxe fur stole and oversized sunglasses. “She is iconic,” Georgina wrote at the time.
A strong personality from a young age
Beyond her style, Georgina has also opened up about Bella’s personality. In her Netflix docuseries “I Am Georgina,” she described her daughter as confident and full of character. “Bella has a very strong personality,” she said. “She’s the boss and keeps her siblings on their toes. She’s very sharp for her age, but that’s because she has great teachers at home,” she concluded, referring to her other children.
“It’s so beautiful to see them develop and how happy they are,” she said.
