Gisele Bündchen is giving fans a rare peek at life with her husband, Joaquim Valente, and their young son.
The supermodel, 46, shared a sweet family moment on Instagram Saturday, posting a photo of herself exercising aboard a luxury yacht with her 17-month-old son by her side.
Bündchen showed off her fitness routine while wearing a leopard-print bikini top and coral-colored sweat shorts. She balanced on one leg with an exercise band around her thighs, leaning forward with her hands resting on a pair of dumbbells.
Her little boy appeared to copy his mom’s movements as he stood facing her.
Bündchen keeps her son’s identity private
While Bündchen has occasionally shared glimpses of her youngest child, she has continued to keep his identity under wraps.
In the latest photo, she covered his face with a white heart emoji for her 22.8 million Instagram followers.
The model is also mom to son Benjamin, 16, and daughter Vivian, 13, whom she shares with ex-husband Tom Brady. The former couple finalized their divorce in 2022 after 13 years of marriage.
She calls motherhood a “beautiful responsibility”
Alongside the adorable workout photo, Bündchen opened up about the lessons she has learned as a mother of three.
“It’s so sweet to see how little they are when they start watching and emulating what we do. They’re learning from us even when we don’t realize it,” she wrote.
Bündchen went on to reflect on how much children absorb from their parents’ actions.
“Moments like this remind me that my actions matter more than what I say, because so much of who they’re becoming is shaped by the example they see every day.”
“What a gift and a beautiful responsibility it is to be a mom,” she added.
Bündchen and Valente secretly tied the knot
Bündchen welcomed her son with Valente, 38, in early 2025, though the couple has yet to publicly reveal his name.
The model and Valente, who previously worked as her jiu-jitsu instructor, reportedly began dating in 2023 after first developing a friendship. They secretly married in December 2025.
Their relationship came several years after Bündchen and Brady’s highly publicized split. Brady, 49, and Bündchen share Benjamin and Vivian, while the former NFL star is also dad to 18-year-old Jack with ex Bridget Moynahan.
She previously celebrated her son’s first birthday
Bündchen has occasionally marked milestones involving her youngest child on social media.
In January, she celebrated his first birthday by sharing a photo of him sitting on a toy pony.

Their relationship began with jiu-jitsu
Bündchen and Valente first met in December 2021, when she and her children began training at his jiu-jitsu academy.
Their relationship eventually evolved from friendship into romance, with the pair publicly linked in 2024.
Bündchen later opened up about their connection during an interview with The New York Times.
“This is the first time I am seeing someone that was a friend of mine first. It’s very different. It is very honest, and it’s very transparent,” she said.
Since their secret wedding, Bündchen has also been spotted wearing a gold wedding band, including during a Garnier event in Miami in March.
