Hailey Bieber proved once again that she’s the ultimate fitness muse. The Rhode founder took to Instagram on September 14 to share an insight into her workout style agenda – and we’re obsessed.
The beauty mogul shared a striking selfie that captured her posing by a lake, clad in a gray sports bra. The garment featured black accent piping along the hem and was layered over a blue bikini top with a halter design. Hailey’s luscious locks were scraped back via a zig-zag headband and she opted for her signature makeup-free, glowing complexion.
Another snap captured the star sitting crossed legged on the rocks. She wore matching gray leggings that featured a low-rise silhouette to show off her sculpted abs.
The post comes after Hailey celebrated her 8th wedding anniversary with Justin Bieber. The singer took to Instagram to mark the special day with a sweet tribute. The post featured a photo of the couple playing pool, with Hailey dressed in the Raglan top by Cou Cou Intimates. The garment, which was styled with denim jeans, featured bell sleeves and a dipped front for a 90s finish.

The star’s workouts typically consist of high-intensity training and strength with low-impact exercises. “I used to be a ballet dancer so Pilates for me gets my body personally in the best shape because it’s very elongating,” Hailey told Women’s Health in 2021. “A lot of the movements in Pilates are very similar to dance.”
“I really like boxing and I’ll do a couple of sessions a week in the gym, weight training and cardio. Exercise keeps my mind and my body really healthy,” she added.
© SkimsHailey recently admitted she thinks Pilates “a little over” in an interview with Time Studios. “Is that crazy for me to say?” she asked, adding, “I love Pilates. I really do. But I think it’s become a little bit of, like, a fad and it’s really hard to find really good teachers that care about form.”
As for her diet, she starts each day with a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil mixed with the juice of half a lemon. “It helps coat the gut, and it’s a good detox,” she shared of the practice, which she has maintained each morning for several months.
