Tallulah Willis has revealed the unbelievable surprise her mom, Demi Moore, pulled off at her wedding to Justin Acee last weekend.
The 32-year-old, who tied the knot with the musician at her childhood home in Sun Valley, Idaho, admitted that her “jaw dropped” when Coldplay’s Chris Martin appeared to serenade her as she walked down the aisle.
“The first line of the song was, ‘Tallulah and Justin, walking down the aisle,'” she recounted to British Vogue in an interview published August 14.
“My jaw dropped open, as I have deeply loved Coldplay since I was in middle school. I actually chose their song ‘A Message’ to walk down the aisle too, just moments before.”
Tallulah added: “My mom pulled off something incredible by facilitating this surprise, this gift, and Justin and I started laughing out of pure bliss. I will never forget that moment.”
The bride also shared how her and Justin’s vows, which they wrote themselves, meant there “was not a dry eye out there.”
“But I couldn’t say for sure because my eyes were glued on the man across from me,” she noted.
“With shaking hands, we exchanged rings, and after we were announced as bride and groom, Justin swung me down off the platform in one fluid motion, dipped me, smooched me, and then we both began to cheer surrounded by our beautiful bunch of friends and family.”
© Getty ImagesThe newlyweds, who have been romantically linked since January 2023 and announced their engagement on December 23, 2024, signed their wedding license with Demi and Scout Willis as witnesses before their reception, which was DJed by Samantha Ronson.
“We were squealing with delight at the surreal, fantastic moment unfolding all around us,” Tallulah recalled, adding that the wedding was “more than my wildest dreams.”

© Instagram/@dimitrishairTallulah, styled by her mom’s longtime stylist Brad Goreski, wore a long white bridal gown by Pierpaolo Piccioli, one of the first bridal looks he’s created since being named the creative director for Balenciaga.
The neckline of the gown was inspired by Demi’s gown at the Vanity Fair Oscars after-party earlier this year.
“The best part of the dress is the magnitude,” Tallulah gushed. “It’s the thing that’s getting me to my new husband. We made a decision at the very beginning of our relationship that we were going to choose each other every day.”
© Instagram/@dimitrishair“My biggest hope [for the dress] was that [it would be] something magical, but magical in a way that was unexpected, kind of like me. I’ve worked very hard to be comfortable in my own skin, to be in something that there’s a strength in is profound for me.”
Though she ultimately married in her stunning Balenciaga strapless dress, her sister Scout revealed that only six months before her last fittings, she had been sending her and older sister Rumer Willis wedding dresses from Etsy.
“This was like six months ago. She was like, ‘What about this one?’ and it was on Etsy. From Etsy to Balenciaga couture — that’s a moment. Who would have thought?” Scout shared.
