Brad Pitt is moving on after finalizing his divorce from Angelina Jolie. The former couple, who had been making headlines during an eight-year legal battle, officially settled their divorce in December 2024.
Now, with the lengthy process behind him, the actor is reportedly focusing on the next chapter of his life, with his new girlfriend Ines De Ramon, and his upcoming projects, as he continues to be booked and busy in the entertainment industry.
“Brad is happy that the divorce is behind him,” a source told People, explaining that there is a sense of calm following the divorce. “Things are low-key for the family,” the insider revealed.
The actor is reportedly content in his relationship with the jewelry designer. The pair began dating in late 2022, and the source said they are “in a great place” and Brad is “happy” during this new life stage.
“Life’s good, no complaints,” the insider said. After the divorce settlement, Angelina’s attorney, James Simon of Hersh Mannis, told People that she was both “exhausted” and “relieved” following the long legal battle.
“More than eight years ago, Angelina filed for divorce from Mr. Pitt. She and the children left all of the properties they had shared with Mr. Pitt, and since that time she has focused on finding peace and healing for their family,” he said at the time.
“This is just one part of a long ongoing process that started eight years ago. Frankly, Angelina is exhausted, but she is relieved this one part is over,” the attorney added.
The actress has been inseparable from her children following the divorce, showing her support for all of them and focusing on her family. Angelina has been photographed in Los Angeles spending quality time with them and recently supporting her daughter Zahara in Alabama.
Zahara, who is a student of Spellman College, was speaking during a conference, discussing “period poverty,” a term that refers to women and girls who have no access to menstrual products and education.
“We are truly honored that Zahara Jolie-Pitt will speak at the Fourth Annual WIT Mother-Daughter Brunch about her passion to end period poverty, which is the mission of Women in Training,” said WIT’s President and CEO Asdeyela Bennett to the new station WAKA 8.
