Inside Novak Djoković’s shocking net worth and business ventures

Tennis star Novak Djoković is a living legend with an impressive 24 Grand Slam Titles, which is the men’s all-time record.

He also made history by winning each major grand slam including the U.S. Open, Australian Open, Wimbledon and the French Open at least three times.

With stats like that, it should come as no surprise that Novak is a multi-millionaire. How much, you ask? 

The champion has a jaw-dropping net worth of $240 million, per multiple reports. We’ve delved into his business ventures and career below.

Endorsements

Outside of tennis, the star represented a plethora of various companies through endorsements.

One of his first endorsements was with the athletic brand Head. He’s also been sponsored by Lacoste, Asics, Hublot and Waterdrop. Most recently, he’s advertised Aman, Qatar Airways and Joe & the Juice.

His collaborations with brands have included shooting commercials, advertisements or wearing certain brands on court.

On top of those known companies, he’s also partnered with banks, car companies and software brands.

His other endorsements include ANZ, Ultimate Software, Peugeot, RBI and more.

Investments

He’s also served as an investor for companies such as Joe & the Juice and Waterdrop. The athlete launched the SILA collection under parent company Waterdrop as well.

Novak has also purchased an 80 percent stake in the company QuantBioRes, which is a biotech firm that is based in the Netherlands.

He also supports other sports such as the French football club, Le Mans, for which he also serves as an investor.

Novak, alongside his wife Jelena Djoković, launched his company called the Novak Djoković Foundation in 2007.

According to multiple reports, the organization has invested $16 million dollars in early childhood development, and has impressively built over 73 pre-schools since it started.

He also created his brand called Family Sport which organizes competitions such as the Serbian Open, which is a ATP World Tour 250 clay tournament.

The tennis professional also served as UNICEF’s Serbia Ambassador and Global Goodwill Ambassador between 2011 and 2020.

Novak also opened his own restaurant called Novak Cafe & Restaurant, located in his hometown of New Belgrade, Serbia.

The restaurant offers delicious food and includes precious memorabilia and photos of the star throughout his decades-long career.

He’s shared that whichever brand he gets involved in, his non-negotiable is that he has to be passionate about it.

Novak revealed to Business Traveller: “I’ve personally refused to involve myself in a lot of different businesses and represent different products in the last two decades, mainly because I cannot represent something that I don’t believe in, that is not in line with me and my values. Wellness and well-being [are] the biggest passions of mine, next to tennis and sports and education.”
