The couple was spotted hand-in-hand this week in the cliffside town of Taormina, Sicily, and eagle-eyed fans couldn’t help but notice the sparkling diamond ring on Caitlin’s left hand.
The actress and TV host turned heads during a cozy dinner date at the exclusive Le Naumachie restaurant, where she was seen flashing the dazzling ring while resting her chin on her hand and gazing at Manganiello.
The romantic outing sparked speculation that the two may already be engaged, while no confirmation has been made. After dinner, the pair, joined by their beloved dog Bubbles, browsed a local ceramics shop before returning to the San Domenico Palace Hotel, the same resort featured in ‘The White Lotus.’
