Jennifer Garner is helping her community in Los Angeles amid the devastating California wildfires that have displaced many families and affected many residents. First responders continue to work tirelessly to minimize the damage, with over 3,956 acres and multiple structures and historic buildings being damaged in Altadena and Pasadena.
The Hollywood star decided to stay in Los Angeles and help, joining forces with a relief team to help feed firefighters who are still battling to control the fires. Jennifer was photographed accompanied by chef Jose Andres, founder of the World Central Kitchen, which helps communities in crises.
Jennifer was spotted arriving early in the morning to help provide food for firefighters currently working for 20-30 hours straight. Jennifer’s community has been affected, including the church she attends with her ex Ben Affleck, which was consumed by the fire on Thursday.
Celebrities and A-list stars continue to be on high alert, including Affleck. The actor was forced to evacuate his home and reportedly rushed to Jennifer’s home, where she lives with two of their two kids, Fin and Samuel.
Multiple residents have lost their homes amid the ongoing situation, including Paris Hilton, John Goodman, Billy Crystal, Eugene Levy, Milles Teller, Diane Warren, Anthony Hopkins, Mandy Moore, Adam Brody, Leighton Meester, and many more in Los Angeles.
Among the stars who have evacuated the area, Vanessa Hudgens, Eiza Gonzalez, Jennifer Aniston, Bradley Cooper, and many more have left the city as the devastation continues. “Thank you to all the firefighters out there risking their lives,” Vanessa Hudgens wrote. “LA be safe. Keep an eye out for evacuation zones. This is so scary. My heart breaks for everyone affected,” she shared.
“Devastating—so many in our community experiencing the unimaginable. We are praying for you. We love you. Beyond grateful for the first responders who are on the ground putting their lives at risk—we pray for your safety,” Jamie Lee Curtis stated.
