Jessica Alba’s mystery man in Cancun finally revealed as actor Danny Ramirez: Are they dating?

Jessica Alba, the 44-year-old actress and Honest Company co-founder, has been spotted with a new companion following her split from her former husband, Cash Warren. 

TMZ has identified the mystery man seen with Alba in Cancun as Danny Ramirez, the 32-year-old actor known for roles in ‘Top Gun: Maverick’ and ‘Captain America: Brave New World.’

The pair spent time together in the Mexican resort town before boarding an American Airlines flight back to Los Angeles on Sunday evening. Their flight left Cancun shortly after 5 PM and touched down in L.A. at 7:45 PM.

While it remains unclear if Alba and Ramirez are romantically linked or just friends, their time together has certainly sparked speculation. Ramirez, who starred in the hit series ‘The Last of Us,’ appears to be Alba’s latest close companion.

The actor also attended the Culture Makers event hosted by Jessica Alba, Nina Garcia, and Tracy Brennan, at a private residence on February 20, 2025 in Beverly Hills, California.

This recent sighting follows Alba’s well-documented separation from Warren, with whom she shares three children: Honor (16), Haven (13), and Hayes (7). The couple announced their split earlier this year after nearly 17 years of marriage, filing for divorce in February. According to sources, the separation was “extremely amicable,” with both parents requesting joint custody.

Before the Cancun trip, Alba was spotted in London in late May with a mystery man, where the actress was seen displaying affectionate behavior during a quiet outing in Regent’s Park. Sources told The Sun that Alba and her companion appeared “very intimate,” hugging, holding hands, and even kissing while seated on rented deck chairs. 

The man was casually dressed in a hoodie and white cap, matching Alba’s low-key black jacket and baseball cap. An eyewitness described the pair’s interaction as “very much like a new relationship.” Representatives for Alba did not immediately comment on the London outing or the identity of her companion at the time.

Throughout 2025, Alba has been navigating her new life post-divorce with grace. She embraced a symbolic transformation, sharing a tattoo in February bearing the phrase “life is transformation is life.” In April, she enjoyed a tropical vacation with her children and later reunited with Warren for an Easter celebration, demonstrating their commitment to co-parenting.
