All eyes have been on Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner following his split from Jennifer Lopez. The former couple has always been committed to co-parenting their children—Violet, Seraphina, and Samuel—but their recent outings, along with reports that Affleck would “love another chance” with Garner, have fans wondering if a different kind of Bennifer 2.0 is on the horizon.
While the Air star and director has been single since JLo filed for divorce on what would have been their second wedding anniversary in August 2024, Garner has been in an on-and-off relationship with John Miller since 2018.
Miller has reportedly always been supportive of their co-parenting dynamic, but following Samuel’s 13th birthday party—where photos and videos showed Affleck holding Garner close—he has allegedly issued an “ultimatum.”
According to a Page Six insider, the CaliBurger CEO “feels Ben crossed the line.” The source claims Miller “knows there’s nothing going on” between them but believes “those photos aren’t a good look and feel disrespectful to their relationship.”
The insider adds that the 47-year-old “doesn’t want to see anything like that again or he’ll have no choice but to walk away.”
But Garner isn’t the only one spending time with an ex. Miller was spotted on March 10 with his ex-wife, Caroline Campbell. The two were photographed together in Los Angeles, sharing a vehicle, and considering the timing of everything, some wonder if it was a subtle dig at Garner and Affleck.
Drama aside, Miller and Campbell are also co-parents—they share two children—so it could just be a case of everyone doing what they need to do to be great parents.
How Jennifer Lopez is doing
Meanwhile, over in Lopez’s corner, a source told People that the 55-year-old icon “isn’t bothered” at all by the viral photos of her ex-husband. They noted that people are “creating drama where there is none” and that the singer “doesn’t feel betrayed.”
The insider added that they believe there’s no animosity and that things are friendly between the two Jens. “We’re always pitting women against women. In this case, it’s just not the truth,” they said.
