Jon Hamm looked dapper at the LA premiere of Hoppers, alongside his wife of two years, Anna Osceola, who sported a striking red dress with a black heart pattern. The 37-year-old added strappy black heels, a gold chain necklace and gold hoop earrings to complete the look, and wore her reddish-brown hair in subtle waves down her back.
Her 54-year-old husband wore a double-breasted navy suit with a white collared shirt and a maroon striped tie, and added his favorite red carpet accessory to complete the outfit – sunglasses.
Jon and Anna first met on the set of Mad Men in 2015 and have been romantically linked since 2020. They made their red carpet debut as a couple in 2022 before announcing their engagement in February 2023, and tied the knot in June of that year at Big Sur in California.
“Ideally, [marriage] gives you and your partner a sense of stability and comfort and an identifying capacity that is better, deeper, richer than ‘It’s my girlfriend’ or ‘My boyfriend’ or what have you,” Jon said on iHeartRadio’s Table for Two podcast ahead of his wedding.
Anna, who is an actress in her own right, hails from Massachusetts and moved to LA to further her career onscreen. She has appeared in TV shows like Greek, Rizzoli & Isles, NCIS and Law & Order: SVU.
Before his marriage to Anna, Jon dated Jennifer Westfeldt for 18 years, until they went their separate ways in 2015. The actors first met in the late ’90s through a mutual friend and even starred together in the 2011 film Friend with Kids, yet chose not to tie the knot.
“We may not have a piece of paper that says we’re husband and wife, but after 10 years, Jennifer is more than just a girlfriend,” he told The New York Post. “What we have is much deeper, and we both know that. To me, people [should] get married when they’re ready to have kids, which I’m not ruling out.”
Jon and Jennifer announced their split in 2015 in a statement that read: “With great sadness, we have decided to separate, after 18 years of love and shared history. We will continue to be supportive of each other in every way possible moving forward.”
The Mad Men star appeared to change his mind about marriage and discussed the work he had done to be ready to commit to Anna.
“This is all part of what I’m saying, this is another place in my life that I feel very settled and comfortable with,” he said on The Howard Stern Show in 2022. “I’m in a relationship now, and it’s comfortable, it’s a feeling…Taking care of someone else and being taken care of.”
“It has also been a process of working on myself, my mental health, all this stuff with my therapist and unpacking all of that trauma,” he continued.
“It has made the relationship I’m in now more meaningful, and opened up the possibility of being married, having kids, defining a new version of happiness, life, wellness…”
