Kai Trump is a fan of her mom’s new relationship. In a video taken at the Genesis Invitational tournament hosted last week, Kai was seen alongside her mother, Vanessa Trump, and Tiger Woods. She joined the pair as they took some sweet photos.
The moment was captured in a TikTok video, showing Woods posing for photos at the tournament next to the bust of a notable golf figure. He wore a blue polo shirt, paired with a matching cap and pants.
Woods was then joined by Vanessa, with the two cuddling and hugging for some images. Woods, who looked serious before, smiled and laughed as soon as Vanessa joined him. After taking a few photos, Vanessa invited Kai to join them, with the three posing for more photos together.
Kai and Vanessa are often spotted at events supporting Woods, with Kai interested in becoming a professional golfer and having many things to learn from Woods. She’s currently signed on to the University of Miami, and will be a part of the school’s golf team following her graduation from high school this May.
Kai Trump’s golf career
Over the past years, Kai Trump has become a prominent figure on social media, building over 2.7 million followers on Instagram. She posts regular updates, sharing details of her life and interests with her followers, including plenty of golf content.
“Happy National Girls and Women in Sports Day!” she wrote in a post shared earlier in February. “Today is such a special day, celebrating all the women who are shaping sports. I’m so grateful and proud to be a female athlete. So thankful for every woman who’s shown me what’s possible on the course, on the court, and everywhere in between.”
In an appearance on “My View with Lara Trump,” Kai opened up about her career and her experience playing in her first LPGA. “The first day, I’ve never been more nervous in my entire life. That was like the RNC times 30, ” she said referencing the speech she gave to thousands of people there to support her grandfather, Donald Trump.
“It was very nerve-wracking for the nerves. I played well the first day and then the second day kinda went out there. I’m like no more nerve, like the nerves weren’t as bad.”
Despite her nerves, she ultimately performed well, and gained some important experience for her sports career. “And then I did really well. So I mean, it was a great experience. I’m thankful for the, obviously, the opportunity.”
