Katy Perry and Justin Trudeau are clearly having fun with their relationship and not taking things too seriously.
On Friday, March 27, the 41-year-old pop star shared a carousel on Instagram that gave fans a peek at a recent date night with the 54-year-old former Canadian prime minister. She even joked about their age difference in the process.
“How old would you be if you didn’t know how old you were?” she captioned the post.
The first photo showed the two smiling side by side, each holding up their phones to reveal results from Function that measured their “biological age.”
Perry’s result came in at 33.1, which is more than eight years younger than her actual age. Trudeau’s result showed 43, about 11 years younger than he really is.
The rest of the carousel offered a glimpse into Perry’s day-to-day life lately, including a few sweet moments with her 5-year-old daughter Daisy, whom she shares with ex-fiancé Orlando Bloom. In one photo, Perry is hitting the slopes with her daughter, while another shows a pair of custom cowboy boots being made just for the little one.
The playful post comes a few months after Perry and Trudeau made things Instagram official in December 2025, following a string of public outings together.
“The priority for both of them is stability for the kids. Katy and Justin have had to be flexible to make the relationship work,” a source recently told People.
“They travel whenever they can to spend time together. The long-distance dynamic was never a surprise to them,” the insider added.
As previously reported, Perry marked that milestone by posting another carousel filled with photos and videos of the couple hanging out, including an outdoor selfie, a cozy meal, and what looked like a visit to an interactive art exhibit.
“Tokyo times on tour and more ( ◠‿◠ ) 🎄🍣🐡🥞💐☃️♥️,” she captioned that post.
During that same Japan trip, which lined up with her Lifetimes Tour, Perry also joined Trudeau for a meeting with former Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida and his wife, Yuko. Kishida later referred to Perry as Trudeau’s “partner” in a post on X.
Trudeau even reshared the moment himself, writing, “Katy and I were so glad to have the chance to sit down with you and Yuko.”
The two first sparked dating rumors over the summer when they were spotted together in Montreal. They later stepped out publicly as a couple in October at Crazy Horse Paris, where they attended a cabaret show to celebrate Perry’s birthday.
