Kelly Osbourne is adding to her tattoo collection. The 41-year-old already has some ink, and this week she added a colorful small design on her ribs.
Kelly shared a photo mid-tattoo on her Instagram story, tagging tattoo artist Luigi Carbone. The new ink is an orange lily on her ribs, which sits next to a tattoo she already had of Peter Pan with the word “boy.”
She didn’t reveal the meaning of the tattoo, but it could be dedicated to the matriarch of her family.
As noted by Page Six, Ozzy’s mom’s name was Lilian. The famous family also had a rescue dog named Lily.
Kelly got the tattoo with her friend KIINICKI, who has been there for the host amid the dramatic headlines. KIINICKI was recently helping Kelly with her son, Sidney, following the news that Kelly called off her engagement with Sid Wilson.
A source opened up to PEOPLE following the news of the split, saying Kelly has been “in a challenging headspace for several reasons.” “It’s been very emotional for her. She’s had a lot going on,” they said.
“Ozzy’s death still affects her deeply. She’s very focused on being there for her mom right now. They’re incredibly close, and that’s been her priority,” the insider added.
When it comes to their relationship, they said, “It’s been hard for Kelly and Sid to balance everything, especially with different priorities about where to spend time.” “This has put a strain on their relationship,” the source continued.
The Daily Mail reported on Monday, “Kelly and Sid have decided to call off their engagement.”
Wilson proposed at the “Back To The Beginning” farewell concert on July 5th in front of Ozzy. He passed away shortly after on July 22.
They have known each other for over 20 years, first meeting in 1999 when Slipknot and Ozzy headlined Ozzfest.
After decades of friendship, Kelly confirmed their relationship in 2022. They noted that Kelly has been “struggling.” “The grieving process has been incredibly difficult, and she’s been doing everything she can to cope,” they continued. Their last appearance together was at the 2025 GRAMMYS.
The split comes amid headlines and public scrutiny about her weight. After the 2026 BRIT Awards in Manchester, where she collected the lifetime achievement award on behalf of Ozzy with her mom, Sharon Osbourne, she took to her Instagram story again, writing, “There is a special kind of cruelty in harming someone who is clearly going through something. Kicking me while I’m down, doubting my pain, spreading my struggles as gossip, and turning your back when I need support and love most.”
“I’m currently going through the hardest time in my life. I should not even have to defend myself. But I won’t sit here and allow myself to be dehumanized in such a way!” She continued.
