Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker’s son, Rocky, is probably going to spend a lot of time riding around in golf carts at music festivals one day, so he might as well start getting used to it. On Saturday, the couple brought the 7-month-old along for the fun to celebrate a major milestone for dad. The Blink-182 drummer now has a street named after him in his hometown of Fontana, California.
© The Grosby GroupThe city pulled out all the stops for arguably the most famous person to come out of Fontana. In addition to renaming a street, Travis Barker Drive, Mayor Acquanetta Warren officially declared June 7 “Travis Barker Day” and presented him with the key to the city.
The event was a full-on family affair. Kourtney, Travis, baby Rocky, and Travis’ 20-year-old son Landon, who he shares with Shanna Moakler, were photographed riding together in a golf cart, squeezing into the back seat so they could all sit side by side.
© The Grosby GroupIt was also Rocky’s first public appearance since he was born in November 2023. Kourtney has kept her youngest child out of the spotlight, only recently introducing him on The Kardashians in February 2025, with his face blurred. So it’s clear that, unlike some of her famous sisters, Kourtney wants to keep her son’s face private.

Fontana holds deep meaning for Travis. It’s where he was born and raised, where he received his first drum kit from his mom at age 4, and where he started drum lessons at 5. It’s also where he sadly lost his mom, who died the day before he started high school. “I lost my mom at a young age here,” he said during his speech. “That kind of pain – it breaks you and pushes you. For me, it drove me to do two things. It drove me to skateboard and play drums.”
It’s also where his love for punk rock and skate culture was born, and where, as he once said, he was a self-proclaimed “stoner” at Fontana High School, playing in the marching band. “The music program at FoHi saved me. It gave me direction, focus, and purpose. And because of that, I’ve always wanted to give back to this city,” he said.

A proud member of the IE, Travis also gave advice to those like him with big dreams. “To everyone out there – you can do it too. I always say, find something you love, figure out a way to get paid for it. It might be music, sports, helping others – whatever your passion is. If you go all in, if you stay ready, work hard, you never know where it can take you,” he said.
