Kourtney Kardashian receives pointed 4-word message from Travis Barker’s ex

Shanna Moakler appears to have reignited long-running tensions with Kourtney Kardashian following a major night for their blended family.

The former Miss USA, who was previously married to Travis Barker, raised eyebrows after leaving a pointed comment on social media following the Los Angeles premiere of the Blink-182 drummer’s new documentary, Travis Barker: Louder Than Fear.

“Where are her children?” Shanna wrote beneath a TikTok video showing Kourtney posing on the red carpet alongside Travis and his children, Landon Barker, 22, Alabama Barker, 20, and Atiana De La Hoya, 27. The comment was later deleted, but not before it caught the attention of fans online.

Kourtney’s children were not seen at the Aug. 11 premiere. The reality star shares Mason, 16, Penelope, 14, and Reign, 11, with former partner Scott Disick, while she and Travis welcomed their son, Rocky Thirteen, in November 2023.

The moment comes amid a very different message from Travis himself about their blended family. The musician recently revealed that the children “all get along,” explaining that the family makes an effort to maintain a sense of normalcy despite their very public lives.

Rather than expecting all of the kids to be together constantly, Travis said different combinations of family members spend time together depending on their schedules. One tradition remains particularly important: Sunday family dinners.

Shanna’s latest comment is particularly notable given her complicated history with Kourtney and Travis.

Shanna and Travis were married from 2004 until 2008 and share Landon and Alabama. Travis also remains close to Atiana, Shanna’s daughter with Oscar De La Hoya, whom he helped raise during his marriage to Shanna.

Over the years, Shanna has been open about her feelings toward the Kardashian family and has previously criticized the dynamic surrounding her children after Travis began his relationship with Kourtney.

In a 2025 interview on the When Reality Hits podcast, Shanna said she and Kourtney had never had a conversation about co-parenting and claimed she felt certain “lines were crossed.” She has also made it clear that she does not have a close relationship with her ex-husband’s wife.

Despite those tensions, Shanna has maintained that her priority is her relationship with her children and has pushed back against criticism of her parenting.

The documentary takes an intimate look at Travis’ life and career, including his struggles with addiction, his near-fatal 2008 plane crash, and his journey toward healing.

Kourtney also appears in the film, with the couple discussing some of the most painful chapters of their relationship.

They reveal that they suffered a miscarriage in 2021 after expecting a baby girl they planned to name Tulip. They later welcomed Rocky following a pregnancy that required emergency fetal surgery.

Shanna’s appearance offers another perspective on Travis’ past, including his addiction struggles before the plane crash. Neither Kourtney nor Travis has publicly addressed Shanna’s now-deleted comment.
