On Wednesday, June 4, Dr. Garth Fisher, recently outed as the artist behind Kylie Jenner’s not-so-secret breast augmentation, posted a heartfelt thank-you to Kylie after she name-dropped him in a TikTok comment.
The 27-year-old beauty mogul casually spilled the exact specs of her implants (445 cc, moderate profile, silicone, half under the muscle) and finished the note with the same breezy tone she uses when ordering oat milk with her matcha. And in doing so, she also casually pulled Dr. Fisher into a second generation of Kardashian surgery lore.
