The 2026 Golden Globes are less than a month away on January 11, 2026. The list of nominees has arrived, and thankfully, it includes some Latino talent being recognized for their work in film and television across every category: acting, directing, international cinema, and major studio projects. From genre-defining directors to actors carrying prestige films and hit TV shows, these nominees are proving that representation matters, and projects are only strengthened when there is a diverse cast and crew. Here’s a look at the Latino nominees this year.

Oscar Isaac, a Guatemalan-Cuban American actor, has built a career balancing blockbuster roles with deeply personal performances. This year, he’s nominated for  Best Performance by a Male Actor in a Motion Picture – Drama (Frankenstein).

Jenna Ortega: Latina Powerhouse 2025

Jenna Ortega, of Mexican and Puerto Rican descent, has emerged as one of the most influential young actors in Hollywood. She’s nominated for Best Performance by a Female Actor in a Television Series – Musical or Comedy (Wednesday).
