Face first! Juliana Clinics founder Lauren Goodman is known for making famous faces, and plenty beyond, look flawless from every single angle.

In addition to her trained eye, Goodman has built a reputation for truly understanding what women actually want to feel confident in their skin. Often spotted in stylish outfits that feel more runway than med spa, she brings that same sensibility into both her work and her space.

While no human face is perfectly symmetrical, Goodman’s technique does away with the idea of a single ‘good side,’ thanks to her detailed approach.

Her process begins with a series of photographs, an in-depth skin and facial analysis using Aura3D technology, plus her unique expertise, before designing a regimen that honors individuality.

The registered nurse, who opened her skincare destination in Beverly Hills, California, in 2024, coined Face Equity™, a technique that blends science, artistry, and precision to create an elevated version of yourself, not a completely new one.

And just like Goodman herself, the studio reflects that philosophy, feeling more like a chic wellness hub than a traditional, clinical office.

“Every consultation begins with observation, not treatment,” Goodman tells ET.

“I assess the face as an interconnected system rather than a collection of features. I look at bone structure, muscle movement, fat distribution, supporting ligaments, and skin quality, and how all of these elements interact over time. I’m also paying attention to how the face moves, where tension is held, and how the patient has aged or is likely to age.”

From there, Goodman prioritizes harmony, longevity, and natural-looking results by combining understated tweaks, functional health, and regenerative medicine all together.

“For a long time, there was a very narrow definition of what was considered beautiful, and many faces began to look the same,” she says.

“Patients are now seeing the long-term consequences of overcorrection and realizing that overfilled faces simply don’t age well. It’s about honoring the inherent value of each face and supporting it with precision, restraint, and respect for anatomy,” the leading industry professional explains.

“Subtle enhancements allow a person’s unique features to remain intact. They preserve expression, respect facial structure, and help people look refreshed and confident without erasing what makes them recognizable or announcing that they’ve had work done,” she notes.

“The best results are the ones that look like you, just well-rested, healthy, and balanced.”

To achieve this, Goodman focuses on common concerns such as facial sagging, loss of structure, skin thinning, and early signs of aging.

“Most people come in saying they look tired, heavy, or not like themselves anymore,” she shares.

“Many have tried traditional injectables elsewhere and feel overdone or disconnected from their natural appearance. What they’re really seeking is restoration and refinement, not transformation.”

Rather than relying on volumizing options, Goodman prioritizes regenerative and structure-supporting methods.

“Patients are especially drawn to our signature treatments, like HaloLift®, which uses biostimulators strategically injected along the hairline to support and lift the mid and lower face for a facelift-like effect without surgery or downtime,” the entrepreneur dishes.

“LumaLift, which pairs Helios Pico to target pigmentation with Sylfirm RF for tightening, is also popular, and TriFecta, a laser-stacking protocol that combines IPL, Sylfirm RF, and CoolPeel, is often used to improve tone, texture, and collagen stimulation in just one session,” Goodman continues.

And the care doesn’t stop once you leave your coveted appointment with Goodman. The skin guru also creates customized at-home routines that evolve with patients over time.

“Daily sun protection, high-quality skincare, proper hydration, and adequate sleep all play a critical role in how skin and facial tissues age,” the injector spills.

“Just as important are nutrition, regular exercise, and managing inflammation and stress. All of these directly impact skin quality, collagen production, and healing.”

That’s why Goodman believes long-lasting skin health starts with a thoughtful and comprehensive process.

“The most successful outcomes come from trust, consistency, and a personalized approach that evolves with the individual rather than reacting to trends or quick fixes. Aesthetic care is not one size fits all, and regenerative aesthetics in particular requires patience and a long-term plan,” the founder reveals.

“Avoid making decisions based on what worked for someone else. Frequently switching providers or trying every new treatment without a cohesive strategy can disrupt the skin and underlying structures, often leading to less predictable results.”
