Lea Michele showed off her incredibly toned abs in a strapless yellow bikini on social media.
The star posed in a mirror shot as she showed off her “summer outfits” in a carousel online.
The performer also shared another bathing suit picture as she sported a black one-piece that displayed her curves.
Fans loved Lea’s post and flocked to the comments to cheer her on. One person wrote: “The queen of summer fits.” A second fan added: “You’re so tea.”
A third commenter continued: “Looking good!!!” One fan joked: “And, she can sing!!”
Lea’s take on wellness
Lea has put in the work over the years and it definitely shows thanks to her impressive abs.
The star believes that when you look good, you feel good, as the old saying goes.
She revealed to Us Weekly: “My quest with wellness has really grown over the past 10 years that I’ve lived in Los Angeles. It’s not one thing, it’s not two things, it’s a lot of things combined that I feel all together really contribute to making me look and feel my absolute best.”
© InstagramThe singer’s secret is only four words, as she shared: “It’s not rocket science, it’s the basics … it seems simple because it’s like ‘Work out! Eat right!’ But that’s what it is. That’s what you have to do.”
Lea tends to be strict with her diet because she knows that food is energy and she wants to provide herself with the highest quality of ingredients.
She explained: “Every single thing that I put into my body is to nourish and fuel my body. I have always felt that food is fuel. What you’re eating is going to help your body so I don’t eat junk food, I don’t eat processed food. I keep only fresh, healthy ingredients in my home so I can feel my absolute best.”

She revealed: “Just to flush out your body is so important. Celery juice is so incredibly good for your liver and it is a great cleanse first thing in the morning. I’ve seen it improve my digestion so much.”
Lea explained that thanks to her vitamin-packed diet, she rarely feels cravings for sweets or treats.

She concluded: “I feel so energized by the food that I’m eating … it enriches my body and gives me every single thing that I need.”
