Lewis Hamilton and Kim Kardashian are said to be the hottest new couple on the A-list scene, leaving fans wondering where they might go to fly under the radar and enjoy some alone time. The British F1 driver, 41, and the American reality TV star, 45, were seen just last week heading off to Estelle Manor in the Cotswolds for a quiet getaway before they made a very public appearance at the Super Bowl on Sunday.
But Lewis’ home in Colorado, which is just one jewel in his crown of properties, would also be a super private hideaway for the potential couple. While Lewis owns several homes (more on that in a moment), it is his Aspen pad that means most to him.
Lewis’ home full of memories
In 2020, Lewis told the BBC of the importance of his Colorado home amid the Covid-19 pandemic: “I’ve never really been home [before]. In my winter, I go to the mountains [in Colorado], which I really see as my main home, because it’s a house and it’s full of love and memories from people, the family that come every winter.”
He also compared his home there to another property he owns, saying: “Where I live in Monaco, it’s been somewhere I go back to and I’d call home, but it lacks those memories. I’d be there for short periods of time. So it’s not been the easiest.”
Inside Lewis’ Colorado home
Lewis has kept the details about his Colorado home largely to himself; however, the odd photo he has shared online shows that it has a classic snow lodge feel with wood panelling and rustic-style furniture.
His Colorado pad is located over 1,000 miles from Kim Kardashian’s $60 million home in the Calabasas region of California. While Lewis’ home is all about embracing nature, Skims founder Kim’s is all about minimalist luxury, including eight bedrooms, a private spa, a basketball court, and multiple swimming pools.
Lewis’ other homes are more aligned with Kim’s home, in which she resides with the four children she shares with ex-husband Kanye West – North, 12, Saint, 10, Chicago, eight, and Psalm, six. For example, his Monaco residence is said to be a four-bedroom duplex with views of the Mediterranean Sea.
Previously sharing a photo on Instagram of the views from his home, Lewis penned: “A place I call home, Monte Carlo. I am so blessed to live in such an incredible place. God is really shining down on me today.”
The Monegasque penthouse joins a $40 million penthouse in New York and a $31 million London mansion in his property portfolio.
