Lily Allen showcased her svelte figure in a sizzling photoshoot for the lingerie brand Intimissi on Friday, sending fans into a frenzy with the lacy look. The 40-year-old shared several stills from the shoot to Instagram, including a photo of her sitting on a bed clad in a black bra and a black silk nightgown, with her dark hair pulled back into a ponytail.
In another snap, Lily lay sideways on the bed and showcased her toned abs. The singer’s fans took to the comment section to share the love, with one writing: “My eyes. Thank you,” while another added: “Absolute smoke machine.”
A third chimed in: “My God, what a beautiful woman!” while another said: “Absolutely perfect.” The mother of two is having a stellar year after the release of her award-winning new album, West End Girl, which documented her crumbling marriage to Stranger Things star David Harbour.
Lily revealed in a candid interview with British Vogue that the breakdown of her marriage led to difficulties with her health, particularly regarding her eating habits. “I’ve had real problems with my food over the past few years,” she said, adding that “it got really, really, really bad.”
“The feelings of despair that I was experiencing were so strong,” she said. “The last time that I felt anything like that, drugs and alcohol were my way out, so it was excruciating to sit with those [feelings] and not use them.”
Lily expanded further on the topic on the Miss Me? podcast in December 2024, sharing that her personal life had greatly affected her health. “I’ve been going through a tough time over the last few months, and my eating has become a real issue,” she explained.
“My body and my brain are two very separate things to me. I know a lot of people feel those two things are very connected to each other, but with me, it’s very different. I spend a lot of time in my head and not a lot of time thinking about my body.”
Lily continued: “I’m not eating, but I’m not hungry – I obviously am hungry, but my body and my brain are so disconnected from each other that the messages of hunger are not going from my body to my brain. I’m not avoiding food, I’m just not thinking about it…my body is, like, a few steps behind me.”
David and Lily met in 2019 on the elite dating app Raya, before tying the knot in September 2020. After months of speculation, the couple confirmed their separation in February 2025, and West End Girl was released in October of the same year to critical acclaim.
David acknowledged his “pain, slip-ups and mistakes” in an interview with Esquire Spain a month later, before admitting that he would change “either everything or nothing” about his past choices.
“You either accept your path completely and realize that even the pain and the slip-ups and the mistakes are all part of the journey, and that there’s truth and growth, wisdom and deeper empathy and connection in all that,” he explained.
