Lindsay Lohan always looks amazing, toned, and in shape, and we now know one of her secrets. The 39-year-old actress shared a rare glimpse into her life in Dubai on Monday, with a video of her working out on a Pilates reformer machine. Lohan looked fresh-faced and natural while getting in her workout.
The makeup-free beauty had her hair back in the bun as she sat down criss-cross on the machine, using her arms and back to pull herself back and forth. “Starting the week off right,” she captioned the post. She had the support of thousands of fans and friends, including Lauren Sanchez Bezos, who commented, “Putting in the work” with a red heart emoji.
Lohan has been living her best life since moving to the UAE with her husband, Bader Shammas, in 2022. The couple shares a song, named Luai. She told Gulf News her new home has brought her “a certain sense of calm.”She explained that paparazzi are illegal in Dubai, so she can actually have a sense of privacy.
“I really found that I had a private life, and I could just take time for myself. I decided to stay there because I really learned to appreciate what it is to go, do my work, and then leave and live a normal life. It took me moving there to really appreciate the time that I take for myself, instead of just going, going, going, and learning to say ‘no.’ And really putting myself first, and choosing the things that I want to do, wisely, for me first,” she explained.

It’s no secret Lohan used to live a life full of partying, late nights, and at times – chaos. She has been arrested for driving under the influence, with her mugshot from 2007 living in infamy.
But she’s turned her life around completely and has been on a wellness journey in every aspect of her life. Along with fitness, she’s shared how she’s become super conscious about her skincare and health. After having her son Luai, she said her skin became “really sensitive,” which forced her to rethink her diet, and radically change her routine..

The Parent Trap star has even become inspired to build her own beauty line. “It’s taking a long time because I’m very specific, because I’m crazy about my skin and health,” she said in an interview with Elle earlier this year.
