Louise Redknapp is never afraid to switch up her fashion and beauty, and her latest short hair transformation proves once again just how effortlessly she can pull off a new look.
Known for her long, blonde tresses, Louise, 51, has recently been changing up her signature style by sporting a shorter bob. Over the weekend, she was spotted enjoying a coffee in London, with her hair looking shorter than ever as it softly skimmed her shoulders.
The singer paired the chic cut with a black trouser suit, a white jacket and oversized black sunglasses, creating a timeless, polished look.
Louise’s next musical project
The Eternal singer is set to re-release her fifth studio album, Confessions, as a special limited-edition vinyl on 18 April. Over the weekend, she took to Instagram to share a first look at the record with her 862k followers.
“Wow, look at this! Louise confessions, extended edition,” she said. “This is for Record Store Day on the 18th of April and you can only actually buy it if you go into the store, which I love because I’m such a big collector of vinyls and records.”
Opening up the vinyl, Louise continued: “So we’ve got the middle spread and then a bit inside, and I can’t wait to see the actual color of the vinyl. Yes, look at that. It matches my tights. Oh, I love it. I feel really honored to have such a lovely piece of artwork. Maybe I’ll see you down at the record store if you’re going to get one.”
Louise’s beauty tips
Louise, who shares two sons, Charley and Beau, with her former footballer ex-husband Jamie Redknapp, previously shared her beauty and style tips with HELLO!.
“I love Oribe ‘Texturising Spray’, it really adds volume,” she said. “I think colour is so important as you get older to get the right tone for my skin. I usually keep it dark at the roots and then I like the ends to be picked up. I describe it as that Brazilian beach colour.”
She embraced this look in her latest outing, with her darker roots blending seamlessly into sun-kissed blonde lengths.
As for makeup, the singer explained: “I’m very much ‘all eyes’ or ‘all lips’. I love a dark smokey eye – I don’t think you can ever go wrong with that look, but always keep the lips nude. I always think it’s best to put the eyeliner on the inside of your eye too, I think it’s a timeless look that is great with a suit or black dress.”
“If I’ve been at work in the day in ripped jeans and a t-shirt, I can turn that into a night time look with dark smokey eyes and high heels, and feel glam! My other favourite look is a dark berry lip with lashings of black mascara and no other eye make-up.”
