About his wife
Tony met his wife during a New Year’s Eve dance back in 2010, and the couple got married two years later on Mother’s Day, as their five children at the time attended.
He gushed about his wife for her birthday in August 2024 and wrote about his “best friend” online, saying: “She’s so beautiful inside and out. My life is everything it is because I get to share it with you. Thank you for loving me and letting me love you. I love you Alayna!”
When he celebrated his birthday in September 2024, she gushed about him in return and wrote: “Happy birthday, my Love! 35 never looked so good. SO grateful for every single day that I get with your beautiful soul!”
His wife is a dedicated stay-at-home mother who caters to her huge family’s needs.
About their children
Their firstborn Jraice, who was born in 2011, is taking after the pro golfer and represents Team Utah on the PGA Junior League.
Tony shared during a press conference at the Presidents Cup: “He’s very natural when he plays, but I told him, ‘If you’re ever going to be great, like talent takes you to the doorsteps, to ever go through, your work ethic is what’s going to get you there.'”
He added: “I had to work hard and do those things because I was in a different situation. I felt the pressure as a kid, my parents giving up everything they had for me to perform. My kids don’t feel that pressure. So teaching grit, I don’t know if there is such a thing. But I try to apply enough pressure as a parent to keep him accountable for what he wants to accomplish.”
His children Tony Jr., born in 2015, and “Neenee,” born in 2012, often attend his games to cheer him on.
Six months after their child Sage was born in 2016, she had to undergo lung surgery. Tony shared online after Sage’s recovery: “It’s been a LONG week to say the least but I’m grateful for family and friends and their support throughout the week.”
He added: “I’m grateful for the power of prayer which is something I believe strongly in. I’m grateful to my heavenly father for blessing us with this special spirit. I’m humbled by the love from all our family and friends.”
When the family welcomed their fifth child, Sienna-Vee in 2021, Tony sweetly shared the news online and wrote: “I’m a Proud father of five. Alayna, you are a strong woman, and I’m so blessed to have you bring our children into this world. Grateful to my heavenly father for our new bundle of joy #blessedbeyondmeasure.”
The couple welcomed Layton in January 2025, and they referred to her as “third princess,” and the pair underwent a “surprise gender reveal” in the delivery room.
