Michelle Keegan shared the most adorable picture of her gorgeous daughter, Palma, who turns one next month, wearing a festive jacket with ‘Love’ etched on it, on Valentine’s Day.
The tot wore a cute quilted jacket in a soft, beige colour-way with red piping around the edges. Nodding to the most loving day of the year, Michelle wrote: “Happy Love Day” alongside a little heart. The Manchester-born actress looked to be in a restaurant with her daughter on Valentine’s Day – maybe little Palma gate-crashed her romantic evening with her husband Mark Wright!
Quilted jackets for spring
Quilted jackets like Palma’s are the ideal transitional item as they are lightweight and are easy layering pieces that keep out the chill, but aren’t overly bulky or padded. There are some beautiful offerings on the high street right now – this floral gingham offering from Monsoon is pure Palma style and is a fun, pretty piece for the seasonal change.
Palma the trendsetter
For privacy reasons, Mark and Michelle have opted to keep Palma’s face off social media, but the couple does share subtle insights into their daughter’s life, and one thing is for sure: the tot has a fabulous wardrobe.
Michelle often dresses her daughter in pretty pink, sugary shades and has nodded to the seasons with Sherpa jackets, festive red dresses, and even a bespoke princess-style gown for a family wedding, complete with a big bow.
By far her cutest look, though, has to be just after her birth. On Mother’s Day in 2025, the Fool Me Once actress showed her baby wearing a lovely knitted jumper, bearing her name embroidered sweetly on the back. The knitted design was created by a small business called Name Knits. Seeing Michelle post a picture of her daughter on her main feed to over seven million Instagram followers was a pinch-me moment for the designer, Brogan.
“My mum sent me her post and asked if it was one of my cardigans. I couldn’t believe she had actually posted it!” Brogan previously told HELLO!.
The piece was a special present to Mark and Michelle for their first child. Brogan revealed: “It was a gift, the first time I’ve ever sent one to a celebrity. I sent the cardigan to Mark’s radio station, Heart FM, the day it was announced she had arrived. I half kept an eye on their Instagram stories on the off chance it appeared in the background at some point, but didn’t ever expect to see it in a post on Mother’s Day.”
