Millie Bobby Brown has found a stylish way to honor her husband, Jake Bongiovi, with a personalized swimsuit that reflects both her love for him and their shared moments. While she may have skipped this year’s Met Gala, her reason for doing so was more than valid.
The ‘Stranger Things’ star chose to celebrate Jake’s 23rd birthday in a thoughtful and fashionable way. Millie took to social media to share a romantic moment with her fans and followers while celebrating her husband’s special day with a series of photos that share a glimpse of their love.
Along with a heartfelt caption, “Happy birthday hubby [heart emojis] there’s no one like you,” Millie offered a glimpse into their Croatian honeymoon. The photos are a throwback to one of their sweet moments together, following their lavish wedding.
Among the photos was a never-before-seen selfie of the couple, where Millie is seen in a custom-designed white beaded swimsuit from Oceanus, featuring Jake’s initials, ‘JB’, on the right chest.
The swimsuit featured a plunging neckline and a grey bow motif. To complete the beachy look, Millie added a classic white linen shirt, silver hoop earrings, a choker necklace, and a pair of white-framed sunglasses.
Jake mirrored Millie’s personal touch by wearing a white linen shirt, with ‘hubby’ embroidered in shimmering gold thread above the pocket. The pair is going strong in their love and continues to showcase their most personal moments while sharing their love and support in their personal and professional lives.
The pair’s love story began in 2021, and over four years, they have built a life together. “We had dogs together, and we were taking care of our animals, and we started living this day-to-day life,” she recently told Alex Cooper.
“I really don’t think I could ever see you as anything else. I don’t want to be with anyone else ever again,” she declared. “When we started talking about politics and how we want to raise our kids … we started talking about really, really big things that I’d obviously never spoken about, and I’m already very young, so I’ve never spoken about that with boys anyway.”
“But to be able to even think about those things, I was like, ‘S—. Okay, maybe I do want to be with him forever,” she added.
