Gisele Bündchen is sharing some of her most helpful tips. In a brief video shared on her social media, Bündchen showed some of her favorite core workouts, the ones that have completely changed her body and increased her core strength after the birth of her third child.
The clip was shared on Bündchen’s Instagram page, showing her wearing some workout clothes made up of a grey tank and brown tights.
The clip begins with Bündchen addressing the camera and saying that while she normally doesn’t share fitness tips and workouts on her personal sites, she made an exception for a list of simple movements that can boost core strength despite age and physical changes.
“They really have helped me gain my core strength back after my third pregnancy,” she said. “I wish I knew them before because I didn’t do them in my other pregnancies, and I feel like my core is strong. Much stronger now.”

Bündchen then proceeds to show various core workouts, placing herself in a plank position with her knees bent and her wrists aligned with her shoulders. She then moved her legs in different ways, making sure to breathe in and out as she squeezed her core.
“Everytime I’m exhaling, I keep thinking about squeezing everything together,” she said. “I started with sets of five, and then went on to 10, and now I’m up to 20.”

Bündchen and her new partner, Joaquim Valente, have been leading a private life in Miami, often spotted enjoying rides with friends aboard their yacht.
While Bündchen has opted for a more private life ever since her notorious divorce from Tom Brady, in recent months, she’s shared sweet posts celebrating important milestones and photos with her family.
