Nadia Ferreira is experiencing one of the happiest moments of her personal life as she awaits the arrival of her second child with Marc Anthony. The Paraguayan model is slowly adjusting to what life will look like with two little ones at home, as her firstborn, “Marquitos,” is about to become a big brother.
It was back in January, on the couple’s third wedding anniversary, when the model and the singer announced they were expecting their second child. While they wait for the newest member of the family, Nadia has been enjoying time with her eldest son, who already seems eager to play with his future baby sibling.
Through her social media, Nadia shared what may be her sweetest photo yet. In the image, her growing baby bump, which already appears to be well into the second trimester, is covered in adorable drawings made by none other than Marco himself, who used his mom’s belly as his canvas. Over the photo, the Miss Universe 2021 first runner-up wrote, “My favorite artist.”
© Nadia FerreiraAnother touching detail in the picture is Marquitos gently resting his hand on his mom’s belly, perhaps hoping his little brother or sister can feel or hear him as he talks. In just a few months, possibly by summer, the couple’s second child will arrive, bringing even more joy to their family.

While it is still far too early to know whether Marc Anthony’s son will follow in his father’s footsteps, one thing is already clear. He is a creative kid. This is not the first time Nadia has shared glimpses of Marquitos enjoying painting and drawing.
It may be that spending time with his dad in his workshop is already nurturing his artistic side. In a recent exclusive interview with HOLA! Américas, Marc Anthony revealed that when he is not on stage, he prefers spending quiet time at home with his family and often with his son nearby.
© Nadia Ferreira“I do my thing at home. I am not someone who goes out a lot. I am pretty low key,” the singer shared. “When I am in my workshop, I am always inventing something, with Marquito sitting on my lap. I would say I am very much a homebody, 100% family.”
Beyond being one of the most iconic voices in Spanish language music, Marc Anthony is also incredibly creative. He enjoys drawing, painting, and designing.
© JESÚS CORDERO“I lock myself in my workshop and design,” he explained. “My thing is keeping my mind active when I am not on stage, composing, or singing. I am a very creative person. In my workshop, I design leather bags, purses, graphics, T-shirts, clothing, and a little bit of everything. It is how I recharge when I cannot be on stage or in the studio writing or producing.”

At this year’s Premio Lo Nuestro, where Nadia Ferreira served as one of the hosts, the model proudly showed off her baby bump in seven stunning looks throughout the evening. During the show, she was asked several times about her pregnancy, including the big question about whether she is expecting a boy or a girl.
“When I know, you will know,” she said with a smile when asked about the baby’s sex.

“With my first son, we did not do a gender reveal,” she explained. “We did not even make a big announcement like ‘it is a boy.’ Marco was simply born, and he became the love of our lives.”
